Packaged Bank Accounts (PBA) can be excellent, but they can also be useless. If you have chosen one based on a rational decision it is likely that it is right for you but if you were sold one by a pushy sales agent or you have been upgraded to one without your knowledge, you could be owed £1000s.

We will analyse your DSAR to calculate the fees you have paid over the years and then use this figure as part of our complaint. Once we have submitted the complaint the lender will have 8 weeks to issue a final response.
The final response will detail whether or not the lender is going to uphold your complaint and will contain a breakdown of how they came to their decision. We will review all final decision letters to ensure you are receiving the correct amount for your claim.
