Residential Conveyancing Assistant

Your primary responsibility will be handling the post completion aspect of purchase transactions and providing support within the department. There is opportunity to progress for the right candidate. This role will be to assist fee earners within the department with their caseload of sale and purchase files from instruction to completion.

Pension Administrator

To investigate and action complaints as a result of pension miss-selling. The right candidate will provide exceptional customer service and follow the firm’s values. The role requires excellent attention to detail gained from previous administration or processing experience (preferably within Financial Services) and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a high volume, busy environment. You must be a team player and be willing to role your sleeves up and help others.  Training will be provided.

Property Lawyer

This role will be to handle an existing caseload of freehold and leasehold transactions from instruction to completion. The department deals with the full range of residential conveyancing transactions. You will be responsible for all aspects of the file, to include checking the legal title, reporting on the mortgage and searches and handling enquiries. You will also be expected to provide support to the junior members of the department when necessary.
