Your primary responsibility will be handling the post completion aspect of purchase transactions and providing support within the department. There is opportunity to progress for the right candidate. This role will be to assist fee earners within the department with their caseload of sale and purchase files from instruction to completion.
To investigate and action complaints as a result of pension miss-selling. The right candidate will provide exceptional customer service and follow the firm’s values. The role requires excellent attention to detail gained from previous administration or processing experience (preferably within Financial Services) and the ability to work quickly and accurately in a high volume, busy environment. You must be a team player and be willing to role your sleeves up and help others. Training will be provided.
Experienced Receptionist to work as part of a team and providing administrative support to The Byrne Practice staff as and when required. To work closely with The Byrne Practice’s Office Manager in relation to reception duties and general file and office management.
