Paid to Date basically means using the monies you have already paid into your IVA to complete your IVA. If a paid to date is successful your IVA is completed and you can start to rebuild your life.
This would mean that your IVA would complete and put you in the position as if you had completed all 5-7 years of the IVA with no further payments made to them.

Negotiate Paid to Date solution with your IVA
An Individual Voluntary Arrangement is a formal agreement between you and your creditors to pay back your debts over the course of 60 months or more. The arrangement is agreed by your creditors and approved by the court.
A Paid to Date solution is where your IVA completes with no further payments made to the IVA, putting you in the position as if you had completed all 5-7 years of your IVA.
It is better if you do have them as it means we can act quicker but if you do not have your documents do not panic as we can request them directly from your IVA.

No, you cannot do a Paid to Date solution.
We expect it to take between 4 and 6 months to negotiate your Paid to Date solution
You can cancel free of charge without reason within the 14 day cooling off period. After this period you can still cancel but you will be subject to charges.
