We will investigate the terms of your Packaged Bank Account by submitting a Data Subject Access Request to each lender you have had a PBA with. We will analyse your DSAR results to calculate the fees you have paid over the years. We will use this information alongside your answers to our questionnaire to write your complaint.
The lender will have 8 weeks to review our complaint and issue a final response. The final response will detail whether or not the lender is going to uphold our complaint and will contain a breakdown of how they came to their decision. We will review your final decision letter(s) to ensure you are receiving the correct amount for your claim.

Usually these services are insurance-based products such as travel insurance or mobile phone insurance but can include non-insurance products such as airport lounge access. Packaged Bank Accounts come with a monthly fee.
