We are looking for an IVA Claim Assessment Administrator to join our growing team in a developing area of financial mis-selling that will be a liaison between the firm and its potential clients. The successful candidate will be conducting outbound calls to potential clients to assess their circumstances to evaluate their potential Mis-Sold IVA case. The right candidate will provide exceptional customer service and follow the firms values. Full training will be provided but good telephone and communication skills are a must.

Responsibilities

Making outbound calls to potential clients who have been referred to us or have requested a call through our website

Managing outbound calls in a timely manner

Assessing client’s circumstances for potential Mis-Sold IVA Claims

Following call scripts

Identifying client needs

Build rapport with clients

Keep records of conversations in our CRM

Meet targets in terms of number of calls, number of conversions and the quality of conversations

Key Requirements

Strong phone and verbal communication skills

Previous experience in a customer support of customer service role

Friendly and polite

High level of quality awareness and accuracy

Computer literate and able to pick up new systems quickly

Excellent team player

General Requirements

Well organised with good attention to detail

Telephone experience

Customer focus and the ability to adapt to different personality types, ages and backgrounds

To adhere to safe working practices and to the health and safety policy and departmental procedures

Ability to stay calm and composed in stressful and/or demanding situations

An understanding of the need to deal with clients sensitively and to keep information confidential

To act as an ambassador for TBP Legal Limited T/A The Byrne Practice Solicitors and present a professional image at all times

To treat clients and colleagues fairly and with respect, value diversity of others and work proactively to overcome communication barriers
